I have been with them since Nov. 1982. I would not go anywhere else. People can trust USCU to help them bank safely and in today's world that's critical. I've had car loans personal loans questionable charges on card and every need has been handled expeditiously. Staff mem bers treat you well are friendly yet professional.

I highly recommend Union Square Credit Union. I am relatively new, but from what I have seen so far I really like. They automatically keep me updated whenever my card is used or accounts are accessed. The people working there are polite, friendly and professional. It's a good financial institution.

Their Mastercards are a joke. In order to get a cash advance at an ATM you need to call the bank first for pre-approval. And then it's only for a two hour window. We do get fraud alert texts when card is used. So don't see the need for pre-approval nonsense. We usually keep a zero balance and have good credit.

I recently had an excellent experience refinancing my auto loan with Union Square. The process was smooth, efficient, and professionally handled from start to finish.

The worst customer service. No one offers to help and almost everyone I've talked to does not hide the fact that they don't want to be bothered. I ordered checks at the teller line and never received them to find out they were never ordered. Also, I recently paid off my car and the CU has not tried to reach out to facilitate the title transfer process. Least friendly and helpful and plan to bank elsewhere.
