Edit: Before I start my story, I want to make this clear that this happened two years after my husband had died. This has just been settled as of now which it doesn’t even matter because I’m still mentally not doing well after finding my husband of 12 years hanging. But please continue the story to see how horrible these people are. . and if you read this whole review, I appreciate you I was sued by the bank when they have insurance for cases in which peoples information is stolen so they basically are double dipping. After they know my situation in which my husband hung himself in 2021 so since then I’m barely making it and on disability due to me finding him I am on disability with PTSD. My information was stolen and someone cash checks into my account being with them for over 12 years. You could clearly see it was not my signature on the account I. Tried to file a police report in Atlanta where it was done, but because I didn’t know the county and got the runaround and they told me to follow the police report in Wichita Wichita wouldn’t take it, and I reported back to the bank consistently with what was going on in my issues, instead they just decided to sue me for $11,000, in which I Was unable to afford a lawyer, and Was unaware of how to go about Civil suits, when I got the date of my court date i Coming up in March 2026 I assume that’s when my court date was, well I wasn’t aware that I had to file some letter or something or if I didn’t tell them I didn’t have a lawyer and would be coming to the court date that they could just have a default to the judgment. Which happened and now they are going to be taking things from my home I have lost my husband of 12 years my job of 11 years due to my PTSD, and at this point, my mental stability is barely hanging on and they knew that. I can’t afford this and they know that my information was stolen as all my credit card companies Let me file fraud because they could see that I was in town while charges were being done in Atlanta so I have all the proof that I was here. So they’ll be coming inside my home when my home is the last thing I have of my husband and I’m barely making it as is I had no heat all winter, and these people know what I’ve gone through and I’ve begged them completed and I’ve showed them everything so they’re insurance money isn’t enough so they just want to take it from a widow who doesn’t have any thing left to give. I probably won’t be around much longer because of this. I don’t even know if I’ll be here for them to get my things on the 22nd of this month because I don’t have anything left to give and they’re taking the Lil that I have left and I’m just giving up at this point. I won’t have talked to them I’ve done everything I could in the state of my depression that I’m in on top of everything during all this mind you owe went to the hospital for my mental instability as well twice after losing the love of my life I don’t have much left anymore anyways, but these people don’t seem to care that the Lil I have left they want. I’m in tears right now and I’m giving up. I don’t ever make these post but I’m tired and I’m giving up and I know that this is just agreed because they have insurance for when people‘s identities get stolen and they know that that’s what happened to me but they don’t care. I wish they come see where I live because this is all I have everything that they’re gonna take for me doesn’t even amount to the measly 11,000 that they want me to pay when I have nothing to do with my identity being stolen anyways I hope I feel good about themselves because at least along with my things they will have my life too. And if anything doesn’t make sense, it’s because I’m using talk text because my screen to my phone doesn’t work and I’m in tears right now so I can’t even see hardly so I’ll come back and correct it when I can find a place to do that.

Telller Alondra and supervisor Nichole are absolute life savers. We went in for cashiers checks from one of their sister banks, and our bank was giving them trouble with the transactions. Alondra and Nichole both knew exactly what was wrong, what steps we needed to take to fix it, helped us stay calm while we were incredibly stressed, and never acted like we were an inconvenience despite our transactions taking quite a bit of their time. We are grateful for their patience and hard work!

I'd never had the need for loans until my children were grown. I had my first loan approved immediately. They helped me in assisting my adult children finance their vehicles through them. During an emergency I got behind on my loan and they assisted me by lowering my payments to avoid hardship. Grateful for their service, professional manner, most of all their friendly atmosphere.

Terrible and slow customer service coupled with predatory practices makes for a bad bank. In addition to the fact that my wife has been unable to change her name since we married (almost three years ago), we also recently discovered that the account had been "upgraded" to a program which has a monthly fee. We never consented to this upgrade, nor did we receive any communication about it. The bank refused to refund the full amount they took from us after not getting my wife's approval to charge her. Stay away. Any bank that would take your money without getting your permission first is a bad bank to be with; small and local, or huge and global.
