I have been a credit union member since 1980...I think...or at the very least, a very long time lol. I have always found their team to be kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful whether I spoke with them on the phone, saw them at their office, or even at the annual picnic. They always make me feel like I am part of a family rather than someone who just does business with them. Thank you Wichita Falls Federal Credit Union! What a great group you are!!

Employees made me feel very uncomfortable by the stare that I was given upon walking in for the first time, and the app never works, specifically when trying to pay your credit card using a card from another bank instead of paying from your checking account.
