I was with bank of Utah before this but I switched and have loved it since the customer service is amazing and always will help you and I don’t think I’ll ever switch again it really is members first

Best experience I've ever had with a credit union. Treated me kindly and fairly for 20 years until I moved out of state and had to close my account, which they made simple and painless.

I have banked with them for over 20 years now and have always had such a great experience with Members First. They are nice at the drive thru, on the phone or in person. They have helped us with checking, savings, loans and mortgages. Always friendly. Dani, Brian and most all of the tellers who I have ever dealt with have been fantastic. Even in other locations, they always go above and beyond for their customers. I appreciate them as my banking institution. Also, they offer incentives at the end of the year based on what you paid in interest that year. We always get back funds at the end of the year. Thanks Members 1st! And the ice cream at the annual meeting is great... keep that up! 🤣
