I noticed that someone had accessed my account to the point of getting the secret code which was actually texted to me. There was no way to notify ANYONE. I tried the number to report stolen credit cards for 45 minutes and finally got a person who was no help. He did block the cards but that is all Passwords and user name changed but not able to freeze a accounts etc.

If you have a family member who works for the power company here, then Utah Power Credit Union is an excellent choice for easy banking. They have incredible rates on all of their loan types and credit cards, and they are friendly and easy to work with. If you are eligible, this is an excellent credit union.

I personally am not a Member of Utah Power Credit Union, but I purchased a vehicle from someone who had a loan through them. When they cashed the endorsed check from my Credit Union to payoff the auto loan they agreed to have the title. Here we are a month and a half later, and they have no title. And I still cannot register the vehicle. And from my understanding they gave a loan on this vehicle back in 2007. Not only is that really concerning I have called the Title Clerk and left 4 messages now, and she won't return my phone calls.
