Ascent Credit Union has the best employees and the best management I’ve ever worked with. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I’ve banked here for years along with all of my family members. There is no other bank that I would rather place my money and trust in than (Ascent).

I've banked with Ascent Credit union for a couple years now and they are by far my favorite branch, Sherri the branch manager has helped me with a lot of loans and has made everything really easy for me, she has a lot of friendly staff who are very helpful, Olivia is usually the teller that helps me when I come in and she's always so nice and helpful.

We had such a great experience working with Ascent Credit Union, especially with Jess. From the moment we started the mortgage process, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. What really stood out was how available she made herself. She told us we could text her anytime with questions or concerns, and she truly meant it. Jess went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident every step of the way. The best customer service we have ever had. We have only been banking with Ascent for 5 years, but they have been fantastic. We have had multiple loans with them, and the process has been the easiest and fastest we have ever had. And although we have been very impressed, we always shop around for the best rates. We haven't been able to find anyone who can beat their rates, in the 5 years we have been with them. And that includes savings, checking, Visa & money markets. All their employees we have worked with are smiling, seem happy and are very respectful, and polite. They set the standard for customer service.
