Education First Credit Union has always had the best customer service! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. They have excellent interest rates, and I have never worried about my moneys safety. This local credit union is much more finically stable than any of the major banks. Local first is the way to be! They have often been active in the local community. If you appreciate a positive local business than Education First Credit Union is for you!

This credit union is great for the most part. The staff is always friendly and because their customer base is smaller, they often recognize and remember you as a customer. Love that service! However, they aren’t the most convenient due to the lack of locations and poor quality app/online banking. Their servers crash consistently leaving members without access to online services for over an hour or more at times. Education First only has 3 locations, so if their servers go down you are forced to call or visit one of the 3 branches with limited hours.

Great bank, love them and their employees! They're sweet hearts and they did a cute coloring sheet constipation for the little ones🫶🏼

This is the best credit union around! I worked at Wells Fargo, the Zions Bank and now I found my financial fit here at Education First Credit Union! The member service is unsurpassed! E1CU offers all of the financial services you could want from the big dogs but with home town attention where everybody knows your name!

It isn't often that I experience amazing customer service with every employee I interact with. EFCU is one of the smallest credit unions I have ever worked with, and I am just constantly blown away by their amazing customer service. The women in the loans department, Katrina and Mallory have always been soo fast with their process and are always so friendly. We live in Salt lake city and will continue to use them for our loan and credit card needs.
