I always have a good experience at the bank and the gentleman that helped me today was way beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for hiring good workers that can answer questions with not making me feel dumb. My experience today was excellent. He went way above and beyond on all my questions and I was asking him about Wales and trash, and he went further and beyond and got me the information I needed. I cannot remember his name, but you could look on my account and you can get

I wanted to open 4 different CDs and give them identifying names, each with different terms. Also had a complicated question on an interest charge. Teller was quick, careful, helpful and thorough. I love this credit union!

Goldenwest used to have great customer service maybe 8-10 years ago. However, with every interaction I’ve had with them in recent years it seems like I’m asking THEM for money. Whether it be a withdrawal or deposit or a call to the customer service line, every associate acts like I spit on them and insulted their grandmother. Their employees are short, roll their eyes, and down right irritated at every opportunity. I would rather deal with an automated system at this point. Don’t know what’s happening within Goldenwest but I would advise everyone to take your business and money to any other Credit Union.

While attempting to open a SECURED credit card at this branch, full transparency was offered to the representative, Kimberly Rodriguez, before any process began. The conversation went as follows: "I want to save you time — I'm in ChexSystems and have bad credit. Can I open a secured card?" She confirmed it was possible, and we proceeded. Midway through, the ChexSystems flag appeared and she informed me the account could not be opened for that reason — the exact issue It was disclosed upfront. When It was pointed out, she promised a follow-up call that never came. Upon returning to the branch, she reversed course entirely, saying ChexSystems was no longer the issue — that it was my credit that mattered. The lack of product knowledge, failure to follow up, and contradictory explanations not only wasted time but resulted in unnecessary credit bureau inquiries. Kimberly, if ChexSystems is an automatic disqualifier, that should be communicated immediately

Victoria, at the Goldenwest main office was very knowledgeable and patient and helpful when I had some fraudulent charges. She also helped me get a new credit card. This office is close to my home, and very convenient. All the employees there are very kind. Thank you
