It's a smaller credit union. After roughly a year with them, I've found a security flaw that I believe that you might want to be aware of. If you are in need of a transaction alerts when a charge or activity happens to your account, their system will turn itself off every month. WP's IT and management have been notified by me at least 5 times with the same results. If security is important, maybe seek another institution with a more robust security protocols in place.

Wasatch Peaks is juvenile compared to the other credit unions within the area. America First and Mountain America are younger than Wasatch Peaks by several years, but they have their crap, for lack of a better term, together. Wasatch Peaks, how is it that these two credit unions have been around a shorter time period than you and their success is not even comparable to yours? I'll tell you, while you were goofing off and asking each other about your days and telling funny stories, they were working and building successful businesses. In my two years of membership, I experienced numerous mistakes with your credit union, and I've banked with America First all my life and experienced a handful. Mountain America two years and maybe 1 or 2 minor mistakes. They're also nicer, don't call me to ask how I like my membership with them, and are current, not 20 years behind, with their technology and procedures. If I wanted to play T-Ball, I would choose Wasatch Peaks. But I like MLB, so I'm sticking with America First and Mountain America. - Former Member

DO NOT BUY OR FINANCE A CAR HERE. They have sent my title to the wrong address, sent me an incomplete title after sending my title to the wrong address. Absolutely incompetent. Do not trust this establishment. 5 months later still can’t get my car registered due to their failure. Even if they manage to fix their multiple mistakes, should not have to beg for a complete title almost half a year later

Clean, bright lobby. Fast and friendly service. Lots of parking. Restrooms available. Set up an account in record time. All questions including my dumb ones were professionally answered with a smile.

I have been a member of another credit union up until about 2 years ago when I found Wasatch Peaks. I came for the great interest rate on my car loan and have stayed for the fantastic customer service and how easy it is to manage my money. The new website and app are super easy to use - I'm very happy with the updates and the ability I now have to apply for different services online!
