I called AFCU's customer support with a time-sensitive issue on a product I needed as gift, so you can imagine how anxious I was when I was having trouble. After that call, I just kept thinking "THIS is why I have AFCU". My representative McKenna not only VERY quickly resolved my issue, but she went above and beyond to stay on the line with me as we went through the transaction to ensure everything went smoothly. I felt terrible to take her time, but she was so reassuring and kind! Whenever I apologized she would tell me "I'm here for our customers! I want to make sure you are able to make your transaction and feel good about this call." That is such a breath of fresh air!! I'm so used to being hurried, treated with annoyance, or even ignored as most places treat customer service like fast food than like actual human beings who need help. I almost forget that America First operates by and for it's customers but am always reminded any time I need to call in! My anxiety melted away while we were on the phone, and I felt confident with how my issue was resolved. Not only did she quickly and efficiently handle my issue, she made sure to do her due diligence with my information (which is so important these days) as well as showing me some awesome features I didn't know about! I'm so very happy to continue working with ACFU, and just want to recognize amazing people like McKenna and her sweet supervisor Natalie for all of their time and patience!! Thank you!!

I called into AFCU to go over an issue. I spoke with Kaylee. She did an outstanding job! She answered all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone but instead she made me feel like I was a priority. Side note: I have called into AFCU in the past and the other reps gave me the same level of service. Always very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. Kaylee and the other member of the call center team are top notch!! Thank you for your great service!!

Shaylee was awesome! She called and I was busy, she respected my time called me promptly an hour later as discussed. In a few short minutes, she was able to help me with my new account, set up auto pay. She was patient, answered all my questions and can’t thank her enough for the kindness.

I just bought my very first car, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through the process than Natalie. From the very first conversation, she made me feel supported and confident, even though I was stepping into something completely new. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of things I didn’t understand, but Natalie took the time to walk me through every detail with patience and clarity. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions. Instead, she made sure I felt informed and comfortable. Throughout the entire process, Natalie stayed on top of everything. She kept me updated, explained the paperwork, double-checked things to make sure I got the best option, and went out of her way to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me, not just completing a transaction. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and even exciting. I would recommend her to every person i know!! I’ve worked with Francisco on multiple jumbo loans. Having worked with many people in the mortgage industry for 30 plus years, and owning properties in several states, I know the difference between a true professional and an amateur. Francisco is undoubtedly the absolute best of the best in the business. He makes things happen, even when you’re faced with significant challenges during the loan process. He is very creative, and is able to get things done when others could not. He’s also extremely personable, and builds a close personal relationship with his client. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
