Our experience with Granite CU was excellent and efficient. This was due entirely to Evelyn Atwood and her team. From the get go, she was responsive and able to answer all our questions. The process was painless and she helped move things quickly along. If we’re in the market again, I’d use Evelyn and Granite CU. 11-12-25 Update: Unfortunately, I need to update this review due to continuing non-responsiveness from Evelyn and CU support. Frustrating and disappointing.

I recently purchased a boat from out of state through Granite Credit Union, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Evelyn went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly—her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart. I've been a loyal Granite member for the past eight years and have financed multiple purchases through them. Every experience has been great, which is why I keep coming back. But this last experience exceeded all expectations. Evelyn made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and personal. It’s rare to find someone who cares so deeply about their customers, and Evelyn is a perfect example of why Granite Credit Union continues to earn my trust and business. Highly recommend!

We've been with Granite for decades now, and anytime we work with their staff, I'm always impressed at the caliber of people we get to work with. Not only have they helped us set up accounts for our kids, loans for our vehicles, etc., they've always provided great advice along the way for things we should do or avoid. In our most recent interaction Evelyn our loan officer was fantastic! She worked long hours to make sure our account was getting the best rate possible, that we understood all options, and she worked around our (admittedly difficult) schedule. She was AMAZING!!!
