What a great experience here at Hercules first credit union at Taylorsville with best customer service! Earlier by phone and now in person with Anthony Roumpos the manager of this brunch. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for been very thoughtful with your customers.

I had problems getting my app to work properly so I came in to Hercules and talked with one of the tellers named Abi, who was very good at helping me to get the app working properly and also And getting my two accounts that I have there set up in the way it’ll be easier for me to pay for what I have in these two accounts easier than I did before. Abi did a great job and helped me to understand. For any problems that I might have In the future. I really like Hercules There was also another fellow that tried to help get the app running in the very beginning. I can’t remember his name, but he did a great job too. I would recommend Hercules to anyone.

I have been a member there longer than your employees have been a live And now suddenly they are demanding I show my picture id. What's that about after this many years. That won't happen again I also found out when I call what I've always known as my credit union. It isn't. I'm calling some other location. I was never told about that either. I no longer feel like a member If it wasn't so much work to close out my account I would go some where else where they treat me with respect. Now when I want cash I can't get it at the credit union I have to get it at a grocery store. Not happy at all

I am 70 years and have been a member since I was 16 when my dad helped open account. Always stayed with Hercules over the years as we moved to other countries and states. Employees have always been kind and helpful with any issues we had.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
