Hi-Land Credit Union is small (only one location) - but BIG on customer service! Who else would take the time to call if they noticed a problem with an account or offer to mail a needed document (vs requiring you to drive over and get it)? I highly recommend this institution for anyone looking for personalized and caring service! (Many thanks to Crystal for today's help!)

I have been a member of Hi-Land Credit Union for as long as I can remember. My dad was a milkman with Hi-Land Dairy for all of my life growing up. I got my first loan there for a car when I was 16. I have built my credit history there. I have always felt like I was "at home" every time I came through the door. My husband got a job there right after graduating from college. Now I really truly "love" the staff :) It is a very personalized, welcoming atmosphere that everyone feels comfortable in. Everyone is kind and has a smile. It is a great place to go and a fantastic place to do business!

My Grandfather was a founding member of Hiland Credit Union, still has the welcoming feeling it's always had. Misty and Blair are outstanding people to work with. You just cannot go wrong doing business here. I've been a member for over 40 years , will be a member for another 40 !

HI-land is amazing!!! I've only been with them sense 2010 but wish I would have know about them way before that. I was with chase and Cyprus and they did fine for a long time but when the crash hit they did nothing to help me. after a few years of feeling like a number with chase I decided to look for some one else that's when I found hi land. I have two car loans my house loan everything with them. super easy to work with and really care about everyone 10 stars!!!

I LOVE banking here, because "hands down" all staff is very friendly, personal, professional and have a genuine interest in taking great care of your individual needs in whatever that might be! They all go above & beyond to help you get that great car loan at a great interest rate. And the same is true with you wanting to refinance. These are the reasons I have given them a 5 star rating along with that they laugh at my corney but cute jokes and are always pleasant when answering their phone and eagerly to help you. Great listening skills. Great place to do all your banking!
