I am very impressed with Utah First and Fin, super great team and incredible service.I cannot say enough great things about Sarah at Utah First Credit Union. She truly went to bat for me and secured an incredible loan that exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and impressive. Sarah was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. She had my loan approved within one hour, which is almost unheard of. Her communication was clear, her follow-through was flawless, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about getting me the best possible outcome. Because of Sarah and this experience, I am completely sold on Utah First Credit Union and will absolutely continue doing business with them moving forward. If you’re looking for a banker who delivers results and advocates for you, Sarah is the one.

Amy and Kyle made this an incredibly easy process. They were both very knowledgeable and quick to answer anything I had questions for. Amy took care of all the loan paperwork and processing. She was able to help me get both of our cars refinanced from a crazy rate to a much more reasonable one. They are saving us close to $500 a month. Kyle is in American Fork and I would recommend going to him for any questions. He was great to work with. Hats off to the team.

I love Utah First Credit Union because I always get the help I need. Whether it is online or inside the credit union there is always someone who can help me. The bankers are professional and extremely friendly. I’ve dealt with settling an estate and now probate so I’ve had banking questions more than most. Every employee has been superior to work with and focused on their work. I really appreciate the qualified staff they hire and the training they do to produce competent personnel. I highly recommend Utah First Credit Union and feel confident you will have a wonderful experience banking with them too.

Hands down the best credit union in Utah! As a 19-year-old buying my first car, I was nervous about the process, but the team here made it seamless. The service is a 10/10 and the staff is incredibly genuine. A special thanks to Amy—she was amazing at explaining the application process and the loan terms so I felt completely confident. Highly recommend!

Sariah Scott who is the lead at the SL branch downtown was the absolute best! I called in and opened a bank account over the phone. She made the process easy! All I had to do was go in and grab my cards at the branch, so freaking cool! I get nervous talking about finances and she definitely made me feel comfortable. I want to build my credit so she also helped me qualify for a credit card. I’m excited to start my journey with Utah First! THANK YOU SARIAH!
