Came in at open to deposit cash and break some bills. Both tellers were helping the same lady. There were three people sitting in in their offices just scrolling on their phones, not even attempting to look like they’re working, instead of helping the long line.

I would give zero stars if it was possible - not just at this branch, but at multiple east side locations. I banked with MACU for 28 years and finally switched after 3 fraud claims on my account in the same year. In neither instance was I able to speak directly with a fraud agent, understand the process of the claim, or receive notification of their activity on my account or decisions. Customer service was awful, disjointed, unresponsive, and lacked any compassion for my situation. Your money is not safe or protected with MACU, they are not your advocates. Choose another bank who cares about you and your hard earned money.

This branch must only succeed by location only. Their staff is incompetent and lazy. Tellers make mistakes often and member service knows nothing but will give you phone numbers of their back office only. When taking my fathers death certificate over to restructure his accounts Hector knew nothing and guessed or asked his "branch manager" every question yet where is the manager? Is there one? Office hiding. AI take over quick please.

I had an excellent experience at this branch. Luis, who helped me with my loan, provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was patient, professional, and made sure I understood all the details. The process was smooth, transparent, and I felt truly supported. I highly recommend this credit union and especially Luis for anyone looking for financial guidance and great customer service! Thank you so much!

Amie is amazing! She helped me through my car loan and gave me the best advice She never pressured me or anything she’s just a genuinely great person. When she’s helping me it doesn’t even feel like I’m at a bank I truly wish her all the best!
