I have been consistently delighted by the warm and competent customer service I've received at Jordan Credit Union both from Patty at the Sandy Branch and CJ who I think is at the call center. Both Patty and CJ have been patient and friendly with me every time I call. And they have been persistent, competent, and helpful in finding solutions to my challenges. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Camille(?) was pretty condescending when I needed help with my account. She didn’t seem to fully understand how the late-fee process works, or my concern. Other than that, this branch has been fine 😁

It is surely past time I acknowledge and praise your ongoing exemplary service on my behalf. I became a member in 2018. At the Midvale branch. Eventually, when I moved into Three Fountains complex I found it simpler to reestablish myself at the Sandy branch. I've been with banks and credit unions all of my adult life. Who hasn't?? However, it has been my singular pleasure to continue my association with your organization. I never have had any complaints. And based upon your service up until now, I do not foresee any whatsoever in the future. On the contrary, I've never experienced anything like their level of expertise and professionalism. Anywhere in the banking world. You absolutely set the highest standards. If more financial institutions were to emulate your shining example, then the financial world would surely be much happier and better off. Not to mention the very highest level of satisfaction experienced by your customer base. I felt like if I did not recognize and praise what is clearly top-notch business sense and acumen, then I would be doing you a disservice. And I ALWAYS recognize and give back to those who have given so much to me. Keep up the great work. And certainly pay it forward in spades to those who would care to emulate your example. Carry on.
