I deposited a check and received less cash through the drive up. The service was great. Suzanne handled the transaction quickly and called me by name. She inquired after anything else I might need. Wonderful service.

Awesome local partner; Pete the Bank Manager is bar none the best in town and has the customer experience nailed! The Teller Suzanne is always cheerful, knowledgeable and quick to help and get things done! Great group of people!

I LOVE this place! EXCEPTIONALLY polite and patient with me. I have brain damage and hadn't had a checking account in ages, hadn't balanced a checkbook in thirty years. Am starting over at almost 67 years of age.They are never condescending. (This was NOT true of Zions when I gave up on having an account there.) You know the building and loan in "It's a Wonderful Life?" It's like that. They know their customers by their first names. I don't care that I can't stuff cash into an ATM here. Seriously, it can wait until the drive-thru opens!
