I've been a partner American United Federal Credit Union for over a decade. There's a reason for this. The customer service from the teller teams to the managers call you by name and can get you the loans you need the banking information is at their fingertips. If your out of state and credit card card info might be compromised, they'll call you.. They have been phenomenal for me for over ten years and when I'm treated like that, I'll be here for at least ten more

Everyone was outstanding. I was made to feel like a family member. Polite, informative, even if it was bad news, I was explained the reasons that I understood. I never once had to fight with a computer to answer a simple question, always a human being. Thak you very much.

I opened an account with this Credit Union quiet a few years ago now. They have exceeded my expectations throughout the years and go above and beyond for their customers. I have banked with many different Credit Unions and Banks and I will stay with American United forever. Their employees are respectful and personable and help in every way possible. They help a lot of people, even when other places won’t. They give chances and really make a difference. I owe them a huge thank you for helping me build my credit and helping me improve my life all while making it simple and ensuring I understand.
