Was a very nice clerk and helpful and gave me a printed out statement, because I don't do online banking due to a several thousand dollars of a scam. I asked for a cash payment of $360.00 In twenties tens and fives and some ones. She came back with $300 bills I think and the rest with some some cash. So I told her what I wrote down and she goes oh I'm so sorry. She then gave me the right amount of cash. She was very helpful and and I thanked her. There was a long line that day in the bank that day due to the holiday backup. Bye-bye how do I send it . . ..

Can’t believe you can’t take change for a business deposit. Poor new girl training had to process my checks and cash. Lady training her was so rude. Also knows she’s new, leaves her there to try to figure out how to do a deposit other cashier had to help her which was nice of him. She comes back when they are almost finished to observe very rude. She talked to me like a robot. I feel bad for the new girl she apologized multiple times but shouldn’t have to. You are setting up for more turnover at this branch and it had already had a ton. Very disappointing! They tried to have me go to centerville to do a deposit because of the change. Unreal business practices.

Benjamin was such a delight this morning when I was in the branch. Helpful, competent and compassionate. I’ve had several great interactions with MACU tellers and today was no different. Thanks for keeping good people around! It makes a difference.

Unprofessional. I was sent somebody else’s bank statement with their information. I went in to talk to the manager and to make sure my information wasn’t sent to this other person. The manager wouldn’t speak with me. I was told he was in a meeting and it would be a while to talk to him. Meanwhile, people were in and out of his office and he was speaking with them. My trust in this branch is completely severed, and possibly the bank altogether. I’ll be filing a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as the National Credit Union Administration. I understand that errors happen, but you need to fix them and put your customers mind at ease when they happen. The Centerville branch is much more professional. They helped me even though it wasn’t their fault.

Slowest MACU ever for the drive through. Also, the teller’s appearance was very unkept. Not something I’ve ever seen at other locations.
