Generally I like CUV, have been banking there for several years. Quibbles: only 1 office (in Rutland, but that is about to change, fortunately). Seems to be no ability to order checks online. Does not lend on mobile homes.

The employees (tellers and loan officers) are outstanding. They communicate with me, a Deaf person, very well in person and on the phone. I am happy with their services.

Not a fan of the transition to joining federal credit union. Only been a negative move in my opinion, no benefit from it, only inconveniences.
