Generally I like CUV, have been banking there for several years. Quibbles: only 1 office (in Rutland, but that is about to change, fortunately). Seems to be no ability to order checks online. Does not lend on mobile homes.

The employees (tellers and loan officers) are outstanding. They communicate with me, a Deaf person, very well in person and on the phone. I am happy with their services.

This is a Really Great Credit Union! So glad I was able to open accounts here 30 years ago. My sincere thanks to all the wonderful people (past and present) who work for Credit Union of Vermont for consistently providing great professional service.

Not a fan of the transition to joining federal credit union. Only been a negative move in my opinion, no benefit from it, only inconveniences.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
