Once again on a 25+ minute hold with my "local" call center. 3 calls to try and get someone each time sent to the spill over center who cannot help me. Just have to keep calling and wasting my morning I guess... What a great local feel this bank has 🙄

Don’t waste your time with them. My last 10yrs banking with them have been hell. Constant long holds on checks, refused me my car title after paying off my loan, waited 2 weeks for it while it was in their building the whole time.they find you blast them on the internet they call you trying to make it right. Refused to take my ex off my account without him signing. Had to shut my account down do to this so he wouldn’t rob me again. I could keep going but I won’t.

Say they are "sister" companies with service credit union they make paying very difficult hit me with late fees even though im on auto pay and double charge my auto pay. and im sure they put it toward the interest instead of the principle too. Going to refinance my vehicle out of this bank company ASAP

Upon being locked out of my e-branch account, it has come to my attention that during the past year of my banking with Heritage, my SSN has been wrong the entire time! How can credit unions allow someone to have a false SSN in their name? Do they check the SSN and make sure it validates with the other information, because in my case, they clearly did not.
