I have to wait 10 business days to access MY MONEY after banking with you for 2 years? Not to mention, I have to call every time I have a large bill to pay because of your random limits on my account for NO REASON? I have never had a single problem with my accounts and now I've been on hold for 19+ minutes, just so I can access my own money- wasting my morning.....(Edited to add the rest of their ridiculousness) So I've spent almost an hour on the phone this morning only to find out that they DID process my request for an increase to my debit card use (A MONTH AGO) but failed to inform me in any way, shape or form, after they made me drive all the way into town and fill out a paper to request access to my own money. Weird. Like isn't that the whole reason ya'll exist? To hang on to my money until I need it? Maybe I failed banking 101, but I thought you were there to HELP ME with my finances. I'd say VFCU gets an "F" on all accounts. Lol.... see what I did there?

Casey was terrific. She helped me with my concerns with the website and took the time to make certain the issues were resolved. She was patient and thorough. Another reason why Vermont Federal Credit Union is the best banking option in Vermont.

VTFCU representative, Lindsey was courteous, patient and helpful to me as I was unfamiliar with products that the bank offered. She guided me through what the best available options were for me and then gave me directions for signing up online. I very much appreciated her assistance.

Jess was wonderful. I'm on vacation and I received a phone call that my account was compromised. I didn't feel comfortable giving information since I couldn't be sure it was a scam or not. I called VFCU and Jess assured me it was not them. She gave me some tips to look out for and the protocol they follow. Very friendly, helpful, and sincere.

I have moved across the US into many different states throughout my life. I have changed careers, bought many different vehicles, and yet, the one thing that has been consistent has been this bank account. And because of this credit union my credit score has gone from No credit to the upper 700s. If I ever make a silly mistake with my money, it has always been a simple phone call to get it fixed. And I get an actual human that understands my situation and has been able to empathize with me. I plan on many more changes in my future, but I will die with this bank account because of the people that work there and their mentality to put people over profit!
