By far the worst banking experience I have ever had. The branches have limited hours and are frequently closed for random training despite how unprofessional their staff is. Moreover, they charge a fee for everything. Fee to use a FREE in-network ATM even though this credit union only has four branches. They charge a fee because mail you did not request gets sent back to them. And the debit cards do not even have RFID, so you can't add it to your phone to do tap-to-pay. Avoid this credit union at all cost. It is not worth the hassle.

I would have canceled years ago, but I can't get anyone on the line to even help with that. I've had an ongoing problem (years) where they've price gouged by way of a $2 fee that is supposed to be waived at partner (Shared Co-op) network. Attempting to call is an exercise in futility, but if you select an option (collections) this will get you a live person on line, who will likely be unable to help you. My experience with them has been worse than a bank.

Literally ordered a card a month ago and still haven’t received it after being told it would take 7-10 business days. When I called they said a credit card hasn’t been created for you and tried to charge me $65 for 2-3 business days shipping after I already waited a month. Even though they are the ones that sent me a confirmation without creating the card. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They take no accountability. Still haven’t received a call from a supervisor or nothing only 1 or 2 helpful people in the bank. They will promise you a personal call back to get you out of the office and never call. Now I have to go in the branch to pay my bill even because I still don’t have my card.

I contacted the card services department to dispute a charge from a vendor I no longer do business with. 3plus weeks later, I haven't received a new debit card in the mail. Furthermore, management refused to expedite a new debit card to me even though it was there fault after 3plus weeks another debit card wasn't ordered. My car is in disrepair so I can't visit a Branch

Excellent experience working with Sheree on an auto loan. As a first time car buyer she was patient and helpful with all my questions. The whole process from application to receiving the check was quick, straight forward and easy. Also the best rates you will find anywhere!
