I recently got a HELOC through Signature, and my loan officer Kwan was fantastic to work with. She was very helpful throughout the entire process — always responsive, patient, and clear in her communication. To whom this is concern: I would like to thank Kwan for an outstanding service that she gave us during our Home Equity Loan procedures, She is an outstanding Loan Officer and wish to thank her very much for excellent help she gave us. If it did not work one way, she would try it another way. Her patience, respectfulness and never a tone that would let us know that she minded working with us, on the contrary, she always found a way to help us with a lot of respect.
