I chose this credit union because of the high interest rate on a savings account for my daughter. While the rate is appealing, the overall experience lacked clear, upfront information. At account opening, I was not provided with any written account documents or disclosures explaining how the savings account works. Important details, such as how and when interest is credited, were not available online. When I later asked, I received an informal email response rather than official documentation. I also ran into confusion transferring money out. The online system said transfers “may need to be verified,” but did not explain that this requires an outbound phone call for the transfer to proceed. Because this wasn’t clearly disclosed, it led to delays and follow-up calls just to understand the process. Clear written disclosures and better upfront communication would significantly improve the experience.

This place is supposed to open at 10am Monday to Friday that is what it says on the door and on the website. It is now 10:12 and no one have opened this door yet this is very unprofessional. I saw someone come in at 10:08 and she didn’t come to the door at all to let the customers outside that that has been waiting to come in. I work in healthcare as a nurse and I can NEVER imagine treating our patients this way!!! Is this how you treat your customers I will never come here again!!!!!!

My money is not safe with these people. I’ve had to switch/cancel debit cards thrice in the past several months because of money getting stolen, and they’re not giving it back to me. It’s about to happen again because it’s been I think greater than 2 weeks since the last cancellation and not only has my new debit card not shipped to me, but somehow a transaction was completed on this card that I haven’t gotten yet.

High fees for phone and online payments, and expect to wait 10+ minutes on hold if you call after open hours. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

I wire them money to pay-off one of my car loans. It has been two weeks of calling them to receive the lien release letter and still have not received anything. I call many times and all they say is it’s processed. What does that even means since I still haven’t received the lien release letter. One of their expertise is to harass customer to pay and they send trash mail to my house but can’t send me the document I need. Worse company on customer satisfaction.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
