I am extremely satisfied with my TFCU Credit Union for more than 50 years! Numerous car loans, a couple Mortgage loans HELOC with Alexandra, Christmas accounts with myself and kids while employed at FAA for 40 yrs, ease of speaking with a representative as recent as today to pay my TFCU Visa bc I couldn't log in... I can go on and on! Everytime I consider adding another financial institution such as Bank, I step bsck...the Banks are having so many issues, why should I? Kudos to TFCU. Now, what I am irrated about is the inconvenience of the closing of the Family Service Center near me in Hampton Mall. The inconvenience of the constant changes in other affiliate Credit Unions handling TFCU members, and, in particular, how we are treated such as, no lobby transactions allowed; separate drive through for Non-members! I've had to change Credit Union locations 3X in past 2 years, rather than go downtown to FAA Headquarters or to VA from my residence. This is why I've considered another financial institution...convenience of getting to MY money and the removing the limitations and restrictions imposed.

I use the credit union because of the high yield checking account interest rate. I would not use if it weren't so good. The process to get in the building is overkill.

my experience with TFCU staff processing my loan request was efficient! I was kept informed during the process via Ms Phuong Le, who was courteous, patient & displayed enormous customer service skills! Job Well Done, Ms Le & Thank you again TFCU u are the best!!

This was my third car loan with TRANSFCU over the last 17 years. Each experience has been wonderful. Bryon, my recent loan specialist, was phenomenal. He made the experience easy, smooth and quick. He went above and beyond to meet my car payment request, while keeping me on track with the documents that needed to be signed electronically in a timely manner. He also made sure that the dealership received their funds as promised. Although, I may have been able to get a lower rate from another lender, but at what cost mentally and emotionally? I appreciate the friendliness, openness and professionalism Bryon exhibited during the process. Thank you Bryon, for once again making this loan process painless and easy. I highly recommend TRANSFCU for doing business.

Good afternoon, I compiled this email to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the customer service displayed by Kandace Little at the 1200 New Jersey Ave SE location. Kandace is such a great employee who has answered every question I’ve had. She is patient with me and other customers as well. She is very knowledgeable about banking and the benefits of opening certain accounts. I have multiple existing accounts with TransFcu, but I opened an additional CD account last year based on the information presented to me by Kandace. I am very happy with this credit union and the results/benefits of opening accounts with this institution. Kandace is also personable and down to earth, which makes it easy to conduct business with her. I feel she is deserving of the recognition because she is truly a great customer service-oriented employee.
