We have had consistently great experiences with Arlington Community Federal Credit Union, and I especially want to recognize Moushier for the incredible service he has provided us over the years. Most recently, we secured an auto loan through them, and the process was seamless. One of the things I truly love is how easy they make it to get started — you can simply go to their website and begin the loan application process online. As someone who doesn’t always have time to handle important financial tasks during normal business hours, that flexibility makes a huge difference. Their online systems are simple and convenient, but you still get real, personalized service when you need it. There’s never pressure to add unnecessary extras. That said, they do offer thoughtful features and protections if you ever experience a financial setback while repaying a loan, which provides added peace of mind. Moushier has worked with us on several transactions over time, and it truly makes a difference to have someone who knows you and your financial history. That personalized approach is rare these days. He remembers us, takes the time to understand our situation, and genuinely seems invested in helping us make smart financial decisions. We were in a situation where we needed to replace our car fairly quickly due to scheduling circumstances, and everything moved incredibly fast. Moushier spent time on the phone walking through the application with me, answered all my questions, and sent documents immediately. Even when I initially spoke with another team member, they were extremely helpful and made sure I was connected with him as soon as he was available. Within 48 hours of deciding not to repair our old car but replace it, we had a new vehicle in our driveway. A big part of that was because of how efficiently the credit union handled the loan. We applied, were approved, and were able to pick up a check to take to the dealer the very next day. We also received an amazing interest rate, which has been very consistent with this credit union over time. Working with Arlington Community Federal Credit Union has helped us improve our score significantly, and that really paid off in this process. For anyone who lives or works in Arlington, I highly recommend them. Whether it’s an auto loan, consolidation loan, or someday a mortgage (which we absolutely plan to use them for in the future), they have earned our trust. We’re genuinely grateful for the support, responsiveness, and professionalism we’ve experienced. It makes what could be a stressful financial process feel straightforward and manageable.

Mousheir and the entire loan and membership team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for a stress free, and actually enjoyable experience getting a car loan and becoming members. Everything went super smooth and with an extremely quick turnaround - they were on it! Mousheir especially was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and just an overall great person - I had so many questions and he was so patient and responsive and felt like doing business with an old friend. We’re grateful and excited to being members here!
