Worst Banking experience everrrrrrrr. Took almost an entire Year to get a message reply. Yes, almost one year after multiple messages for a reply. Then advised that in order to obtain old bank statements from previous years 2015-2017 of a merging Credit Union it would cost me $25 an hour. I called to make request in Dec 2021 and was advised to send via online message. The request was made the same day, and no response for months. A second request was made and I finally got a reply in September 2022. Still not certain how much it will cost as $25 a hour could mean several hours for a bank statement. I need this information for tax purposes. I am totally blown away by this experience.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I called to request a debit card replacement and spoke with Lucas. He informed me that all I needed to do was send an email with my address, which I did. Five days later, I wonder what the status of my card is, I call again, and the person I spoke with says that he has no idea where my application for a card replacement was but that he would send me a new card. I call again and speak with Oscar - he says that he has no history of me ever requesting a debit card and that for me to do it, I need to WRITE A LETTER, SIGN IT, SCAN IT, and EMAIL THAT LETTER to them. What financial institution does that in 2021? It's very inconvenient for a person who is busy. I am very disappointed in their services, and I would give them a zero if I could. They could have told me what I needed to do along the way but didn't. Now I have to do all of that when I could have just done it in my first call with Lucas, had he told me the information the way it's supposed to be. Message to management: Train your employees to have a cohesive message and please modernize, it's 2021, no one should be writing letters, signing them, scanning them and emailing documents to simply request a debit card replacement.

They are like a family to me. Good personal service. If you want a fast paced bank and talk with machines then go to another bank.

My account was transferred from from another credit union upon short notice. The whole process has been a nightmare. I never received a notification on how to setup my new account under your system. I was told I needed a letter from my old credit union. Well, the transition is completed, how will I get a letter from the old financial institution? I called several times, always on hold, left messages, no one has called back or emailed me. The one time I did get an agent, he was rather short. In the meantime, the only way I can check my balance is to go to the ATM? Or call, which no one barely answers. Update as of 7/15/2021 The branch manager called me personally and walked me through the process, apologizingfor the merger mistakes. I'am updating this rating to 3 stars insread of 2 stars because of his professionalism. Thank you!

Bank has poor quality. Offers there customers NO overdraft protection, account doesn’t seem secure, I’ve been hacked TWICE in less than 4 months. Bank hours are horrible. They have locked my account while I travelled without my consent. I’m actually closing my account!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
