Both Kaylee and Hannah were so easy to deal with when working through the leasing options for my daughter. They were so amazing at putting my mind at ease and answering every question imaginable. My daughter is super excited to live here, and I'll be sure to write another review once she has lived there a semester. I highly recommend working with the staff at the Union!

i love living here, everything is always clean and smells nice. maintenance also comes so quickly after you put a request in. and, i love the events they have like catering chik fil a for valentine’s day, painting doormats, or even donuts by the coffee bar. i just wish they advertised it more though. all the staff are so kind and friendly, especially Sneha :)

Hannah, the leasing manager at Union Blacksburg is so wonderful! She has been so accommodating throughout my lease, working with me to help solve some issues I experienced. She also helped problem-solve to relieve me of having to get a lease-takeover for the following year! She goes above and beyond to help residents, and she made my experience that much better. The Union is also a great property, definitely recommend.

I’ve lived at Union Blacksburg and overall it’s a solid place to live, especially if you’re a Virginia Tech student. The location is very convenient to campus, shops, and restaurants, and the amenities are a big plus — the pool, gym, and study areas are nice and well maintained. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable, with in-unit laundry and good common spaces. I also want to shout out Courtney, who has been especially helpful and friendly whenever I’ve interacted with the office, making the overall experience more positive. That said, rent is on the higher side, and there can be occasional issues with parking, noise, or Wi-Fi. Overall, Union is a good option if you value location and amenities, but it’s important to consider whether the price fits what you’re looking for.
