Not much to say other than they are not working in your favor and best interest. Normally a credit union is the best option and they try to provide their customers with the best service and assistance but JFCU operates in the complete opposite of this mindset. They will happily take your money at any opportunity. Got charged $90 in fees for a $1.99 charge that was not supposed to be charged to me in the first place. The bank didn't back their customer and proceeded to charge fees on top. Protect yourself and avoid at all costs.

As a Federal employee, I was effected by the shutdown. JFCU was more than eager to help with a furlough loan to get me thru the hard times. Thank You Napoleon for all your help.

A long time member of Justice Federal Credit Union with a career in public safety and it's so sad that I cannot get anyone to reply to my online messages about getting a second mortgage loan. Left several voice messages and email messages and no reply. What a sad and poor level of customer service how can this be acceptable. Very disappointed.

Once again, Justice Federal Credit Union has helped me save thousands of dollars. I had 2 credit cards with 28% and 29% interest and I felt like I was never going to pay it off. Luckily, I met Napoleon Rubio, and he went through all the best possibilities that would consolidate my debt and I wouldn't have to be living paycheck to paycheck while paying off my cards. I was able to get a loan with 9% with a payment much less than what I was currently paying. Thank you so much Napoleon for all your help and taking the time to explain and find the best solution for me.
