This bank does not solve customers’ problems at all. I don’t understand why every single time I have an issue, I have to physically go there before anything gets resolved. No one seems to help otherwise. I’ve gone there multiple times with my father, wasting our time. For example, my check deposit didn’t go through and it took almost five days to finally appear in my account. Now I’m facing another issue — I cannot transfer my money, and the system simply won’t allow it. I’ve been calling since last night regarding this transfer problem, but no one answers. It just says the line is busy. A bank that doesn’t respond or solve problems like this is not good at all. This bank is not good at all and is not reliable. I strongly recommend Chase Bank instead. They do not solve customers’ problems, and unless you go there in person, they won’t help you. They don’t even answer phone calls, which is very frustrating and unprofessional.

I recently had an issue with my account at this specific location that led me to leave a negative review. Soon after, the branch manager and a higher-level representative reached out to me personally. They listened to my concerns, worked quickly to understand the situation, and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to make things right. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service completely turned my experience around, and I’m happy to say I now feel confident continuing my banking here.

My local credit union branch has been truly wonderful in helping me with all the details that come to be when purchasing a home. I wouldn't have gone ahead and purchased a home without their constant support.

I absolutely love this location! It’s close and convenient to work and staff there have always been friendly towards me. I never understood someone having a banker they consistently deal with until I met Heather. She has been amazing, very knowledgeable, and comes up with the best solution for the situation. Thank you Heather for being exactly who I needed!

Heather and team have superior customer service skills. They helped set up two loans with minimal effort and ease. It has been a pleasure working with UVA Community Credit Union, thanks!
