I signed on a HELOC loan today and would like to share my experience. It was not good. The purpose of requesting this loan was for a new home improvement project, of under $10,000. I only requested $20,000 to have a buffer in case it was higher. I already had a HELOC with ABNB with a $17k balance, so this loan was going to be in addition to that. I signed and came back to work. I then noticed something looked funny, and called. It turns out that they used the new loan to pay off my old loan (unauthorized) which was at a much lower rate. This was not explained to me at all, and isn't even mentioned in the paperwork I was given. I called and spoke to several people, all of whom said nothing could be done to reverse what was done, and they refused to help me. I would have NEVER agreed to this if I had known. I have been a customer of ABNB for years with multiple accounts, and those experiences were great. I will never use ABNB again because I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Who in their right mind would agree to pay off a low rate loan with a high rate loan? It makes no sense. I have already chosen another bank to do business with, including paying off my remaining ABNB account. These people did me very wrong. It's unfortunate for them, because I won't forget.

I ordered a package from fashion nova and didnt receive it. The ups tracking showed it wasnt delivered at my door so I reached out to ABNB to let them know i paid for something i didnt receive and they sided with fashion nova 😂. So i paid over $100 for something i NEVER received. Worst experience with a financial institution for me

I contacted the TownePlace branch seeking options. Jessica was stellar throughout the entire process. She was so good on the first product, I decided to get another. Her communication was always quick, clear, and extremely helpful. She walked me through both processes without issue. I would recommend ABNB to anyone. Everyone is extremely nice and eager to assist with smiles. Even the branch manager assisted with some of my documents. Keep up the great work!!! We have not had customer service like that in a long time. THUMBS UP!!!!!!

The best people here and will always take care of you! I was a waitress and would come in with all of my tips and they never once complained! Was ALWAYS willing to help me and give me their time. Some of the NICEST and most CARING girls you will ever meet. I know when I go they will do everything they can for me. If you are considering on switching or need help with anything…go to this location!!! The girls will always do their best to help you in anyway possible.

I have only been using American Honda Finance Corp until this last car. I don't recall why I went with ABNB, maybe because it was used. I haven't bought a used car in a long time. Anyways, DO NOT USE these guys. Their online payments whether mobile or web, are terrible. I've seen four plus payments go out in one day, they will not refund over drafted payment denied fees, when they try to pull from different payment accounts on same day. There is NO easy way to fix any of this. Just lip service. They're quick to let you know payments are due, but not when payments are trying to be collected on a closed business account. Even though I set up a new checking with them. Absolutely no quality control. I have had great customer service occasionally, but they really have been no help, even though they all have admitted issues within the system and it being consumer friendly. Never again....
