I am always impressed by NAEFCU. All the employees are especially kind and supportive and extremely helpful. I have become very fond of Stacey at the drive thru because she is always happy to see me with a smile! I especially am very happy with the office manager Nicci Nortonen who is ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE ME. I in turn happy to see her! Love this credit credit union and it’s employees!

Never in my life have I dealt with a company that has an email address. But never and I mean never replies to them. That alone makes me regret ever dealing with these people. How hard is it to reply to an email. Especially when it's your job! Everyone doesn't have time to sit on the phone all day waiting for someone to help them. That's one issue with their online "services" These ppl really need to step into the 2000s..

By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They won't take a payment with my debit card from Capital One, a credit card, nor will they accept an ACH transfer. I was told that my card bank had to figure out it out and if the payment was more then 30 days late it would be sent to legal. Was advised to go to another bank because they could not figure it out.

I rarely write reviews but the staff that I encounter deserves to be recognized. Eldora, Daniela, and Angela are amazing people. They are kind, pleasant, and efficient every time I visit. I recommend NAE to family and real friends all the time and will continue to do so. I’m very appreciative of good people. Sincerely, RR
