The service at the Chester branch is astonishing. I have NEVER left unsatisfied here. Any questions or concerns, I have always been given a straight answer and left happy, they make it personal with you, before I even give my information/ card to pull my account I’m greeted immediately by my name. Your not sitting for hours being ignored, not greeted, or been not helped. I assure you you will be so happy with this branch. Katherine and Reed are amazing. They always go above and beyond for you. Would recommend anyone banking here and visiting this location. Should def have 5 star review.

I am always pleased with the service I get from Argent Credit Union. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help, especially at the Chester location. Katherine is one of the tellers and she is always smiling, cheerful and kind☺️She is a great asset to Argent.
