Everything was fast. I didn't expect the loan to be approved so fast. The loan officer was very professional and she communicated with me professionally and in no time Everything was done. Highly recommend Topside federal credit union for all your financial needs.

I did not understand this whole new transfer policy. I do not understand why a bank will make it so hard to make a payment on a loan that you have with them. If you want to transfer money from an outside bank to make a payment on a loan First you have to link your account with them then when you go to make the transfer when you hit submit, it says done then you have to go back in and go to online activities to approve the transfer then once you do that you have to go in and have a phone call so you get a confirmation number to type in to approve it. This is very inconvenient. It takes a long time. If you’re gonna give loans to people that don’t bank with your bank, then you should at least make it convenient to where you can make a payment. I mean, you don’t even take payments over the phone.

Went into the Augustine Branch to get a new checking account created. I believe the lady's name was Barbara who set that up for us. She was very pleasant and we didn't have any problems.

I have been a member of Topside Federal Credit Union for 44 years. During that time I’ve had accounts with numerous banks and credit unions, but none have risen to the level of professionalism and friendliness that Topside exhibits. I have always found their rates to be competitive and since I no longer live in Virginia, it is very easy to do business with them online.

I have been a member of Topside FCU for 44 years and during that time have done business with numerous banks and credit unions. But none of the other financial institutions have come close to the professionalism and friendliness that Topside FCU exhibits. Since I no longer live in Virginia, I use their online banking and find it to be very user-friendly. Lastly, I have always found their rates to be competitive.
