I’ve got a new car 1/30/23 from Koons Volvo He put my financing with Apple. The Interest Rate was very high but he said that I can refinance anytime the rate comes down.! I had to request this from Apple and received a Letter saying I’m not eligible?!?! Think they’re a part of a scam of overpriced Volvo’s and keeping you in their shoes?! My car value is 29,000 but still owe Apple 44,000??? I think it’s a scam? I’m working with Volvo Corporate

Excellent Service from Bruno D. Valencia and Dayvon Butts I want to share my deep appreciation for two outstanding employees at Apple Federal Credit Union: Dayvon Butts and Bruno D. Valencia. I recently went through a very difficult time after losing my father. I was overwhelmed emotionally and extremely stressed about managing my finances, dealing with loans, insurance, and overseas transactions. My account was locked due to some extra payments I made, and I couldn’t access my money either here or abroad. Before speaking with Dayvon and Bruno, I had talked to many other people who didn’t seem to care about my situation or listen to me. But Dayvon and Bruno were different. They were respectful, patient, and genuinely caring. Even though they had to follow the bank’s rules and couldn’t change certain policies, they never made me feel dismissed or unimportant. They spent almost two hours with me, talking through every detail, going back and forth with the manager, and trying everything possible to help resolve my situation. When they couldn’t solve it entirely, they made sure to transfer me to the right person instead of just ending the call or leaving me frustrated. They showed true professionalism and empathy, even when dealing with a customer who was emotional and upset like I was. I want their managers and the bank leadership to know how valuable Dayvon and Bruno are. They represent the best of Apple FCU’s commitment to serving customers with respect, knowledge, and kindness—even during very stressful situations. Please recognize them for their excellent work. Thank you, Amy

Do not go to this bank. I just tried to use the ATM and it stole my card and customer service hung up on me when I asked about how they were gonna fix it.

I’m relieved to no longer be a customer of this bank. While I won’t go into specifics, my experience was less than satisfactory. There are certainly better banking options available that offer superior service and customer support.

Had a terrible experience today. I simply went in to deposit a check quickly, and I was met with a dismissive teller who asked me so many questions about my deposit, depositing a check is such a simple thing, and it’s such a simple task. All I needed to do was deposit a check and it felt like the most complicated thing in the world. When I ask for the reasoning to why he could not accept my check he said I can sign you in to speak to my manager, even though he just went to go speak to him for five minutes, I never get treated this way when I come in in my full business attire but I guess maybe today since I had all of my work clothes on that were stained and oily I must’ve not been able to deposit deposit such a large check… i’m going to be banking with someone else from now on.
