Customer service here is an absolute joke. There’s one lady that works here that knows what’s going on and she is Awesome. When you speak with somebody from customer service, they will attempt to interrupt you continuously talk over top of you advise that you show up in the lobby in person and not know why you were there. Then they will bring out a manager who will have the same lack of customer service and communication skills as who you spoke with on the phone beforehand and interrupted you.

I have been a member since the early 80's. The Credit Union has always been fast and efficient to answer any questions or issues I have had over the years. Their loan department is fast and efficient to review and approve loans. I highly recommend supporting your local Credit Union for all of your needs.

I recently refinanced my auto loan with them for a better rate. Becky was so helpful and easy to work with. She emailed me every day with updates and anything that she needed from me. When I got to our appointment she had everything ready to go and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Awesome service and I appreciate that she respected me and my time. I have banked here for 37 years and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Thanks FRFCU!
