Love this bank! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and everything is quick and easy I’ve never had any problems, and anytime I need help, they’re on it. Definitely recommend if you want stress-free banking!

I opened my account 12 years ago and was very satisfied with this bank's service, but since Olivia stopped being the branch manager, the customer service and polite treatment seem to have disappeared. The new manager doesn't seem like the right person to represent this company; she lacks professionalism and courtesy. On several occasions, I requested an appointment to discuss my loans and get advice, but she refused, showing a lack of courtesy, education, and professionalism. I do not recommend this bank as long as the current manager remains in charge.
