Have been a long time member with this credit union and have usually always been helped nicely, so I was disappointed when card services answered the phone sounding void of any emotion and then rushed me off the phone, I asked a question about how to access a certain number through the phone and he cut me off before I could finish telling me to call back when I have the number instead of helping me and hung up on me. Clearly was just lazy and avoiding work

Josh is awesome!! Couldn’t recommend him enough! He takes the time to sit down and talk with you and doesn’t make you feel like he’s in a rush, very nice and friendly!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Park View over the last year. We really appreciated the help we had setting up our accounts. The mobile app is very user-friendly and makes it easy to transfer funds, deposit checks, and set up payments. Customer service has been excellent every time we visit or call and we are incredibly thankful for the help they provide!

Drive thru window at broadway and harrisonburg Is great. The ATM in harrisonburg is a disaster. It spends more time broke than working. The ATM before the remodel worked so much better. It was also nice to be able to deposit money in the ATM. Before the remodel you could do that. I don't understand why you would take that away. Seems more like going back in time

Park View's staff is always friendly and helpful, and they treat everyone with respect and courtesy. The interior recently underwent renovations, leaving a clean, modern look that still manages to be welcoming. I've been nothing but happy with the service I've received as a member, and recommend PVFCU highly to anyone and everyone.
