I am not sure if I am pleased or anxious. What has transpired is that I had a "cashiers check", that was to be given as a "sympathy gift", so in my haste to give my dear friend a token of my feelings I mistakenly tore off the bottom half of the cashier's check thinking it was my receipt and sent it to her. As a result after signing the check she was told that she needed the bottom half of the checks in turn she returned it back to me . I intern brought it over to your office on "Broad Street" close to Costco, and there a young female employee by the name of Aniyah said that they would have to investigate the matter and they I would hear back from them. Well about twenty minutes later she called and said to come back and bring the check. So upon my arrival, and thinking that everything was taken care of she gets on the phone again and after talking with someone, she tells me that she would have to hold the check ignorer for it to be cleared or something to that effect> So when I asked her for a receipt of our transaction she then looked at the signed check and said that she would keep that part and gave me the bottom half, so she has the signed "cashier's check", with all of our account information(over $3000 in our checking account and $146 or more in our savings) along with the information from my "drivers license". I just wanted to make you aware just incase!

Needed car loan fast for an unexpected purchase of a new car. Kathy was wonderful working with my mother and I. She was patient and very personable. Everything went smooth and she made us feel invited unlike our other bank where we have an account at. You want to work with Kathy she’s awesome and really works with you.

Wow! The help I received was top notch. I bought a car from carmax on Sunday, and Kathy Scott was able to help me beat their 3-day turnaround policy to purchase the car debt and offer me a MUCH better interest rate at the credit union. I’m so glad I am a member of HFCU!
