I've been a member since 2021 and so far so good. Haven't had any issues and the customer service is pretty normal in my experience. And I'm about to get my son set up with an account in the next couple of months because he just started his first job.

Worst bank I’ve been apart of. Their customer service centers are useless and not helpful at all, cards are constantly being locked for no reason by the bank I absolutely hate it as well as outdated apps and cards that don’t have tap to pay features, I will be switching banks asap.

I have been banking with vantage point for over 10 years and I see how employees don’t stay I went to the bank to deposit my check the day before the Fourth of July it was dated for the 4th and I was told I couldn’t deposit it even though I know that was a lie because it has been done before then I went back on Monday to deposit my check and the employee asked me for my ID I couldn’t believe it saying she had to prove it was me because my ID had expired then another employee come to the window talking about it’s a new guideline which is crazy to me I had my account number on my check and everything so why did she need my Id they didn’t ask for it on Friday she said she had to prove it was me seriously I am not liking this place at all seriously thinking about going somewhere else they don’t treat every customer the same

Online and debit transactions have been down for going on 10 days today! Every time I call they say they don't know when it will be restored. People have bills to pay! This is unacceptable. Changing banks the second I can get my money from those that have held it hostage for days now. We are being lied to! I'm a software professional and this is no "connectivity issue". Update: It was finally revealed that there had been a data breach and only lived on their official site for a few days to be quickly removed. I went in to close my account and wrote "trust" as the reason for closing it. Nuff said, if I cannot trust you, you're not holding my money.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
