IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 100 STARS I WOULD. Apparently it is NORMAL for their customers to deposit STOLEN checks into their accounts with no issues at all. I spoke to JANICE yesterday about a check that was stolen and deposited into an ex's account (POSSIBLY BY AN EMPLOYEE NAMED NICOLE) yesterday she asked me to provide her with the name, check number, amount, and date. I told her i'd call her back today once i spoke with A-G associates (who distributed the check to me) and got that info. So today, I try to provide her with the info and now she says "I need a subpoena" . Sounds like someone is scared that they committed an illegal crime AT THAT BANK. I then proceed to ask her why today i need one and not yesterday? She hangs up. I called back and spoke with another very rude lady who assured me JANICE did not hang up on me and then proceeds to tell me that the info I have is the info I need to provide to their manager (who happens to be super busy at the time). Hmmmm so where is the truth here? This same nice lady proceeds to hang up while i am trying to retell her the issue. I called back 4 times with no answer. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND ARE NOT AWARE OF SECURITY. I WILL BE CALLING BACK AND TAKING THIS TO HIGHER COURT :) ALSO I ASKED FOR A HIGHER PERSON OVER THE BANK AND JANICE REFUSED THAT INFORMATION AS WELL. I GUESS IT'S OKAY TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
