I have been a PenFed customer for over 2 years now. The culture is all about customer service and it shows in the quality and value of the products they offer. As I learn more about their products, I find better ways to manage my money and save more. Thank you, Gonzalo

Absolutely worst credit union to bank with they have no desire to help anyone when you call customer service they should call it get belittled service. The customer service team is not knowledgeable and most recently displaying retaliatory and discriminatory behaviors. I am seriously considering filling a discriminatory complaint with NCAU, CFPB, and my attorney.

This organization has declined significantly recently. Losing services and they reduced my credit limit when I pay on time and in full every time and have great credit. The drastic reduction hurt my credit score. They refused to reverse their decision. I’ve never been treated this poorly by any other financial institution I’m a part of. They lost a great customer.

HELOC loan application, very slow process, no updates, told "you can get $---000 loan for sure!" by loan officer and then denied because I have a home business. Typical bait and switch stuff- dissappinting.

Would never use this place again. Refinanced a car loan through them for a minor interest savings. They failed to acquire the title from previous lender, and began threatening ME, that my interest rate was going to go up to the maximum by law because THEY Didn't acquire the title. So I had to drive across the county to go get it printed for them myself. I paid for the title, then paid to FedEx it overnight, just for the threats to continue that the title THEY NOW POSESS didn't name them as the leinholder on the vehicle. ZERO of this was communicated. Now they want me to find a notary and give them power of attorney over Me, to name themselves as my title holder. What a joke. Do not recommend, and trust even less.
