I have been dealing with this Credit Union for a long time and I always been satisfied with everything that they have done for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They canceled our ATM cards without our knowledge and stated the reason was we left a voicemail stating our intent to close our account. They do not answer or return calls or emails. The business hours are limited. Very unprofessional and outdated on how they conduct business.

My family has been dealing with this bank for a long time and they are horrible. They are unbelievably slow and behind the times with technology and their customer interface. Multiple times my card has been locked while on vacation even though we tell them exactly where we are going and the time frame and they tell us they will put in an override. It happens every time! They haven’t opened up their lobby since closing it for the pandemic. The only saving grace is their rates but with all the hassle it isn’t worth it. Bottom line is they have a lot of problems and don’t even try to fix them. My advice is to go somewhere where it actually feels like they want to work with you and care about their customers.

I have been a member for over 38 years. (Since in grade school). I have gotten and paid off multiple car loans. Great car loan rates! Because I don't have my direct deposit with them, it is difficult to pay loans using an external account. Used to be easy through the online portal. Now that has changed. Good grief. Tired of being forced to have to physically go to the cu to pay bills. And yes, they will take $ out of your savings or checking account without your say if you are late on payment.

Tried a couple of times this week (3/6/2023 - 3/10/2023) to open up an account with them and both times the lobby was closed. They had one teller working at the Drive Thru window. I went there on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:15 pm and the lobby was closed. I went again on Friday around 11:00 am and the lobby was closed. The woman at the Drive Thru said I could fill out a form and bring it back. I asked her if the lobby is ever going to be open to the public and she said doesn't know. I was ready to transfer my direct deposit from the school system to them and even had money ready to be deposited there after opening up an account. It is not worth the trouble. Going to keep my money at Bayport and 1st Advantage instead.
