Applied for an auto loan, no one reached out to me to go over the process, they just sent an email to an email I stopped using years ago. There was no processor or loan officer assigned to my application, and no direct line I had to call the main number whenever I needed something. They botched my loan and left my stranded without funding, I had to get additional financing at the dealership

The customer service leaves much to be desired. This credit union has collected excessive amounts of fees from our account over the last 5+ years and we always have a terrible time receiving respectful customer service when calling to handle financial matters. I hope this CU undergoes serious training in the customer service department because with their current behavior they act as if they are the only banking institution customers have to choose from.

I like the ease of working with the app... However, I would like to see / have the opportunity to increase my payroll deduction on the site if possible. It would make it easier to do things after hours. I work shift work and can not always get things drone during "regular business hours". Since I am the one doing the transactions, on my site, it seems as if the transaction would be secure. Just asking...thanks.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
