I've recently worked with the local outreach branch on Perry St and it was a great experience. Their facility is comfortable and feels like a hangout. I have seen how they are in support for the local community and I appreciate that.

Meagan Robinson was extremely good, her customer service was excellent. The way she communicated quick and fast, provided me with all the information I needed. She made sure I was satisfied and happy with my experience. I really appreciate her for all her hard work, she’s definitely one of the best workers.

I was not happy to have been charged $5. for the CU to write me a check instead of pulling out the cash money from my account. It won’t happen again, but I thought it would be more convenient to get a check. I do not like it that there is no teller on the window and there is usually a line inside with one teller. I am an original member of the credit union and voted to have this brought into Allied Chemical.

Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They hold on to your deposits to make pennies on the interest. When you ask what is going on. They just say oh it's the system. If they even answer you. When I joined 10 plus years ago. They were more concerned with the people. Now it is how can they make pennies on your effort. Will complete my last few transactions and be moving on. Would not recommend to anyone.
