After ten years of faithful payment send in a lump sum end payment to get title they add on more interest. Dont ever do any business here. I will not. Ever.

Connects fcu has the best interest rates you are going to find. The online banking is excellent. The credit card rate is awesome. Loan rates on autos are the best any bank has to offer. The stores hours are better than most. Almost everything thing about this bank is fantastic. Until.... The minute you need to deal with an actual live human being. That's when things go rapidly down hill. That car loan might be great and you can get approval within days but when it comes to the actual paperwork getting pushed through expect it to take weeks (I'm not exaggerating). Debit card is worn out and can't be read by a kiosk? Haha tough cookie. If you need a bank with great rates that you can set and forget this could be the bank for you. If you think you might need any kind of customer service or human interaction in any way this bank is horrible .

CONNECTS SUCKS!!!! Sure, they start off sounding pretty good, but if you ever have an issue (and you will) good luck getting someone on the phone. There was an unauthorized use on my card, I have called in to them repeatedly over the last 5 months only to have every single phone call ignored... Finally (after 5 months of leaving messages) got ahold of Rosemary who basically said "Tough"... Not my first problem, not the first time I couldn't get ahold of anyone and NOT the 1st time they refused to help... if you're looking for a small bank, there are plenty around here that actually care about their customers. I suggest Village Bank or Chesapeake bank. AVOID CONNECTS AT ALL COSTS!!! 🤬

I had a great experience here last week, as a shared branch member, getting bankers checks. Jennifer and the Boss Lady with Amazing Glasses were so quick, helpful, and kind. Thanks so much, y’all!

Don't Expect to get anyone on the phone, This is my first car loan with connects, And will Likely be my last. I'm even considering refinancing for a higher rate with another bank because I know I will be able to get someone on the phone if i need something. They need to work on their phone system, I'm sure I'm not the only customer they will be losing do to this.
