I have been a member for over 10 years. They have the Best Customer Service. Associates are very knowledgeable regarding Online Banking services. It’s very clean and easy to navigate within the system. I joined when it was Richmond Postal Credit Union. It’s really a Friendly Place and you feel Welcomed.

Been making my car payment here for over a year now at the same place. I go in today & they made me wait over 20 minutes just to say “CEO says we can’t do it now” no explanation or anything. The way they handled it & wasted my time for nothing, now I’ll make sure I’ll never be a member or recommend anyone. Thanks for letting me know in advance though!

Awesome staff. Nikita put up with me bringing in my weight in quarters and helped me open an account! Everyone here deserves a 500% raise. Be nice to them or you're going to hell.

Do not bank here! Branch manager and staff act like they do not know how to do their jobs! They say they will reach out to discuss the issues, but are never heard from. When you can contact them their answer is I'm not sure or someone is looking into it, but no one ever is. They just expect that you will forget and move on.

This is the worst credit union I have ever had an account with. First the staff is very unprofessional and do very little to help their members. I had called the bank several times over and over repeatedly maybe 4 or 5 times non stop hoping that a representative will answer, to no avail…no one answer. When I finally reached some one which was like 2 to 3 days later, I asked to be transferred to CEO extension. I have left 3 messages since February 25th. Today is March 03, 2025, I have yet to hear from Arthur Hart or his assistant. I am planning to contact SCC corporation to report this bank . I am contacting 12News on your side investigators also because something needs to be done about the way they treat us members. Maybe, my bank account isn’t large enough to gain their respect as a member
