Selena upon my first meeting her was awesome, made me feel comfortable knowing that I was under stress due to my account being hacked. Selena stuck by me every step in helping me do the needed claims. This is something she could have said I needed to go home and do, but she was right by my side. I could not ask for ANYONE BETTER.

I tried to call to get more information about opening up several business and personal accounts. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to transfer me to anyone at the branch. I asked if she could take a message and give it to the branch, which she did, but I’m pretty doubtful I’ll be getting a call back. She then hung up on me. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere as life is too short to deal with that anytime you need to get ahold of your bank.

Unfortunately, I have to leave this bank. Been with them for over 20 years and they keep going downhill every year. They're only down to 2 locations and the one location is being renovated leaving you one location in City Hall. They're only part of the CO-OP for ATMs. And rather than thinking about their customers during this transition, the ATMs for deposits doesn't take deposits forcing me to have to go downtown, pay to park and ride the elevator up several floors.
