Worst credit union on earth. I am sitting in my car, can't get gas because my account is locked down. Dicks Sporting Goods was flagged locking my account down. I can't buy a fishing pole at the mall. I have missed flights, trying to get an Uber too early also locking my account down. No after hours support, so 10am the next day is your only option. Missed trips, pissed off job, stranded and on hold for an hour 4 or 5 times a month. Stay away from this business.

Over six years using this credit union and have never received replacement cards via mail prior to complete expiration. "The best they can do is have one delivered to one of their branches after the previous card has already expired" Completely incapable of either fixing this problem or working with me to obtain alternative methods of delivery to my person.

Chelita at the Freedom First Towers location helped me today. She went above and beyond with my situation and questions I needed answered. She was very friendly, knowledgable, caring, and an all around excellent employee. Freedom First is lucky to have her on their payroll!

Chelita was amazing . I had an issue with my debit card and she handled it so well and quickly . She explained the mistake that was made and how she was going to solve it . She handled my problem efficiently with great care. Chelita explained my options and was understanding to my needs. This freedom first is across town from me but I think after this experience I will be using this one more. Thank you Chelita , keep up the good work 👍
